New tactical Level 3A vest

We're looking to bring a new tactical style of full body armor to the market. In addition to torso, it will have coverage for upper arms, neck, belly and crotch. This is inspired by vests worn in the Russo-Ukrainian conflict and will give our customers expanded protection they require.
